GYAN YOGA - Achieving Yoga by "KNOWLEDGE"
BHAKTI YOGA -Achieving Yoga by " EMOTIONS"
RAJ YOGA - Achieving Yoga by the ROYAL PATH , in this comes the " ASANAS "
