Description

Learn to build anything over weekends. This is a course for beginners in Digital Fabrication.

You'll learn:
1. CAD using Autodesk's Fusion 360
2. Additive manufacturing using a 3D printing machine
3. Laser cutting machine
4. CNC milling / CNC Router

What you'll make:
Simple products which will give you an insight into different techniques in manufacturing and prototyping.

The certification course is spread across 3 levels. DF101, DF102 and DF103. Each level unlocks projects and build groups for practice and is designed to further advance your skills in a specific domain.

DF101
Learn: CAD, Fusion360, Additive manufacturing using 3D Printing, Modular concepts using Laser cutting machine
Make: Printed accessories, phone stands and more
Unlock: Access to Digital Fabrication Lab

DF102
Learn: Dual colour 3D Printing, Living Hinges
Make: Scalable bag, box (learn to integrate 3d printing with laser cutting)
Unlock: Build groups and projects, Unlimited access to Digital Fabrication Lab

DF103
Learn: Advanced CAD, CNC, Machine maintenance
Make: Game design
Unlock: Certification and scholarship for SDG School

Requirements: Laptop, mouse, notepad.

DF 101 Batch 1: 6-7-13-14 July
