1. Answer any one of the following questions in about 40-60 words.
(a) How can ESCA Model be used as a conflict resolution instrument at working place of an organization? Explain with the impotence and relevance of the model in present days` working culture of organization in new millennium.

(b) “Quality of effective employees plays a pivotal role to make a company successful and progressive of an organization”. Sketch out any two roles of effective employees relevant to the statement.

2. Answer any one of the following questions in about 40 to 60 words.

(a) Sudden increase in the water-level of the Yamuna River has flooded the eastern Delhi terribly also disturbed the normal routine of common people. Observing the problems of common people, you have decided to write an article in a NEWS paper of national repute. Write briefly.

(b) You are suggested to collect data related to the academic marks obtained by students of class 12th both in science and commerce stream of all five subjects in the Board Examination of a Sr. Sec. school in your locality. Write down various steps to present data in the form of a Bar-Diagram on the spreadsheet.

3.Answer any one of the following questions in about 40 to 60 words.

(a) Prepare a PowerPoint presentation on the topic "Increasing level of water pollution India” with a view to develop mass awareness program and also to the objectives of ‘Protection of Environment.’ You have used the following tools- tables, pictures, shapes, and smart arts in the presentation. Write down the process of using these tools in the presentation.

(b) Mr. S. P. Sinha is a head system Analyst of an organization. He has been given the responsibility by the chairman to give computer training' related to the use of software to newly appointed employees. Sketch out two essential elements to be considered during the preparation of module.

4. Answer any one of the following questions in about 100 to 150 words. Word limit is not applicable for numerical questions.

(a) Seth Manohar Lal Ji, a class 12th pass student, wanted to become a successful entrepreneur. In order to start his own business, he established a manufacturing facility. Within 4-5 years, he has reached the height of success within 4-5 years, and his manufacturing unit is now regarded as one of the leading manufacturing units of national repute. An entrepreneur's success path reflects his or her key skills. Create a list of the any four key skills that entrepreneurs need according to the above given brief descriptions.

(b) ABC Electric Ltd manufactured water heaters. In the first year of its operations, the revenue earned by the company was just sufficient to meet its costs. To increase the revenue, the company analysed the reasons behind the less revenues.
After analysis, the company decided:
• To reduce the labour costs by shifting the manufacturing unit to a backward area where labour was available at a very low rate
• To start manufacturing solar water-heaters and reduce the production of electric water heaters slowly. This will not only help in covering the risks but also help in meeting other objectives.

a) Identify and explain any two objectives of management discussed above.

b) State any two values which the company wanted to communicate to society.

5. Answer any one of the following questions in about 100 to 150 words. Word limit is not applicable for numerical questions. |

(a) “The technological advancement of 21st Century has brought a dimensional change in the ‘Business World’ of the Indian economy.” Describe how the statement is justified with a suitable illustration.

(b) “The external factors of business environment keep on changing with the period of time, which affects the consistent and progressive growth of an economy”. Analyze the following factors – environmental factor, legal factor, and political factors in the light of the statement.

6. Prepare project any one of the topics given below-

(a) Make a visit to ABC Enterprise in your locality. Collect data related to the present status and performance of the enterprise. On the basis of collected information and data, you find that analysis of ‘LESE’ requirements is essential for the development of the enterprises. Prepare a project report based on LESE analysis for the same. Recommend some suggestions for improvement in the performance of the enterprise.
