This is a regular Sivananda one hour class, which you can practice under supervision, from the safety of your home.
The ONLINE platform allows the teacher to see and correct you, and help you to improve your practice.
There is a two way communication possible, so that any discussion that is needed can happen just before, during, or even at the end of a class.
Days and timings:
Morning Batch: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Timings: 7.00 to 8.00 am.
Daytime Batch: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
Timings: 12.30-1.30 pm.
Evening Batch: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
Timings: 7.00to 8.00 pm.
Even complete newcomers can attempt the Sivananda Class. However, after a few classes, it is compulsory for you to attend a six-class SYCG Beginners’ Course, for you to understand the basics of breathing, relaxation and exercise as taught in the Sivananda Open Class. However, you DO NOT need to begin with the Beginners’ Course – you can start straight away with the Open Class, and then take the Beginners’ Course separately when it is announced next.
