Paramhansa Yogananda emphasized that we have all the strength we need in order to attain outer as well as inner success. But much of that strength lies hidden or undeveloped, beyond the reach of our everyday awareness. In this workshop, you’ll draw upon techniques from Ananda Yoga—asana, pranayama, meditation—along with God’s help to bring to the fore the strengths that will accelerate your spiritual growth.
The practice is not strenuous, but participants should have some prior asana experience.
