Every Sunday morning, for 8 weeks, we'll have a live 90 minutes Zoom session where we'll connect as a group and get our bodies moving together. I will educate you and lead you through a series of fun exercises and stretches designed to improve your posture and strengthen your bodies. As we progress, the exercises may becoming a little more challenging, but they'll still be doable by almost all. We'll have music, laughter, and a positive atmosphere to keep us motivated and engaged.
But the fun doesn't stop there! I've also created an exercise routine for you to follow during the rest of the week, so you can continue to improve your posture and stay on track towards your goals. Consistency is key for this to work for you. Don't worry, it's not a strict or complicated routine - I believe in making these exercises accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
By the end of this workshop, you'll not only have access to the previous routines, you'll also be given a routine that you can continue doing to maintain all the work you've put in.
This is a group workshop and so the exercise routines have been designed keeping all body types in mind. Due to the nature of the program I will not be able to address individual postural concerns but the program should still be very useful for you and could make a big difference.
