    1. Payment drop-off<\/strong> – if your customer fails to make a payment till the last stage – then in 15 min it gets converted into a lead and is added to your leads manager.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Live Chat on your online store<\/strong> – With this feature, there will be a chat icon in your online store, where you can interact with your customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      First, log in to your Instamojo account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Once you are in your dashboard, head to the app store<\/a> and subscribe to the leads manager app.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Leads Converted section<\/strong>: Once a customer makes a payment through their registered email id, they become a converted lead. When the buyer makes a successful payment, they are automatically tagged as a converted lead, eliminating the manual process of marking the conversions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      You can also export a CSV file<\/strong> to use an external platform to send emails to your customers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
