The Invoice Generator<\/strong> app from Instamojo is a feature we’ve heard lots of requests for.<\/p>\n

You can now create invoices for your clients right here\u00a0on your Instamojo dashboard<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/span>No back & forth, no exchanging details – Invoices created on Instamojo are sent with attached payment links – \u00a0your clients can pay you right away with the convenience of Instamojo.\u00a0<\/span>The Invoicing app<\/strong> is<\/strong> <\/em>FREE<\/em>\u00a0for all Instamojo users<\/strong>. You can access it via the App Store.<\/p>\n

How to Create Invoices on\u00a0Instamojo<\/h2>\n

  1. Visit the Instamojo App Store – You’ll find an\u00a0Invoice generator<\/strong>\u00a0under the “Made by Instamojo” category<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. The App Store shows the existing invoices. You can also click “New Invoice<\/strong>” to start creating a new one.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Click on “New Invoice<\/strong>” to view an empty invoice template.<\/p>\n

    \"how\u00a04.\u00a0Fill in the details in your invoice as per your needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. After filling in the details of your invoice, you can\u00a0email the invoice to your client directly from Instamojo app store<\/a> or download the PDF for offline use.\u00a0We recommend emailing your clients\u00a0directly.<\/p>\n

    6. Selecting “Save & Send Invoice via Email<\/strong>” opens up an email composer.
    \nYou can\u00a0enter the address of your recipient and also a message to be sent along with the invoice.<\/p>\n

    7. The email lands directly in the clients inbox, they can review the invoice details and proceed to pay directly using the “Make Invoice Payment<\/strong>” option.<\/p>\n

    8. Clicking on “Make Invoice Payment<\/strong>” opens up an\u00a0Instamojo payment link<\/a>, your client\u00a0can proceed to pay with any of the various payment options on Instamojo.<\/p>\n

    That’s it! Payments made against Invoices\u00a0will show up in your Sales & Customers <\/strong>section\u00a0as usual.<\/p>\n
