According to the NPCI, UPI transactions value grew by 22.9% in May 2018. UPI has undoubtedly become the most popular mode of instant payments today.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 25 banking partners, UPI is now available on your bank app and even on Whatsapp, the Facebook-owned messenger app. WhatsApp launched beta payments\u00a0earlier this year and is expected to go public this month.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to Use BHIM App<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Using the <strong>BHIM App<\/strong> is super simple. With the app, you can not just send and receive money but also let your customers pay with a QR code and check transaction history and status.<\/p>\n<p>Just follow these steps to install and use BHIM on your smartphone.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download the BHIM app from your app store. (Google Play or Apple Store)<\/li>\n<li>Select the language you want to operate your app in.<\/li>\n<li>Link your phone number<\/li>\n<li>Set a 4-digit login.<\/li>\n<li>Link your bank account. You can also link multiple bank accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Set up your UPI PIN and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instamojo.com\/blog\/5-things-can-upi-vpa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Virtual Payment Address (VPA)<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>And you&#8217;re done!
