Tiny Tyrants is a special unit for the smaller breeds like pugs, shih tzus, dachshunds, and so on who are abandoned in terrible shape, blind, old and with chronic issues. Some of them are unable to find homes due to their pre existing conditions and they stay at CARE for the rest of their lives. All of them need special care given the nature of their breed , that makes them vulnerable to a variety of health issues.
