Introduction to Yoga
Experience peace, joy and inner wellbeing

Learn simple and effective practices for inner-wellbeing. A specific sequence of invigorating physical postures (Sadilaja and Asanas), cleansing practice (Nadi Shuddhi) and universal sound (Aum chanting). When practised on a regular basis this sequence can not only enhance memory and concentration but can also bring a certain balance to thoughts and emotions.

Program Details: Sign up for a session on either Saturday or Sunday
Time: 1PM - 3PM
Date: 19th Oct or 20th Oct

Eligibility: 10 yrs and above
Fee: Rs 500

Guidelines:

Light stomach condition for adults:
Full meal: 2.5 hours gap before the session
Snack: 1.5 hours gap before the session
Beverage (tea/coffee/juice): 1 hours gap before the session

Note
~Pregnant women and people with serious back problems, or active hernia should exercise caution
~People with any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing
~Please carry your yoga mats and plan to be seated at least 15 mins before start of session
~Prior exposure of yoga is not required
~No refund in case of cancellation/no-show/drop-out
