The Art Of Building Teams

When we come out of college, we are holding a degree or some qualification and based on the degree or the qualification we are hired by various organisations. Leaving few specific examples aside, we hardly use any of these learnings from our colleges while defining and developing our careers in our respective fields. This book consolidates almost all the learnings I had while working for 26+ years being part of various teams and while leading very high-performance teams. It was a great privilege to work with great leaders, colleagues and team members through these years. Everything what is expressed in the book is a reflection of one or the other instances, I have got to experience through these years. The book provides a step by step approach on setting up great teams and also enables the leaders to produce unprecedented outcomes from their teams. Setting up extraordinary teams is more of an art than science and can be learned while keeping the whole learning as simple as possible and doing some of the basics right, which we are going to speak about in this book.
