Don’t birds start chirping and animals start moving around at the crack of dawn? It is hard-wired into them by nature.

The mind is at its most active condition at 5 AM. We are able to solve problems easily, absorb what we read, and retain it longer. Bodily, we are at peak energy at that time. We can get clarity on our vision, set our goals, visualize our success and meditate on it to achieve it.
