It is summer time and Ginny is wondering how to beat the summer with cool drinks! Ginny and other children will learn to make these in a Masterclass on 5 May, Wednesday evening: 6-7 pm! Join them!

Who is bringing this masterclass for you? This is a joint initiative of Ginny's Planet (www.ginnysplanet.com ) & Foodshaala Foundation ( www.foodshaala.org ). Age group: Children of age 4 yrs and above

Spots per Batch: 15 families (1 child + 1 accompanying older sibling/parent/guardian especially for children below 8 yrs of age)

Things you need to bring on 5 May :
Ingredients and Materials Required [See photo attached]

• 1 Katori watermelon pieces

• 1 medium size lemon diced to small pieces

• 8-10 pieces mint leaves

• 2 tsp honey/ Powdered brown sugar

• 1 small bottle of club soda

• ½ tsp black salt

• Any medium size bowl

• Any presser (You can have pestle from your mortal and pestle)

• 1 strainer

• 1 serving spoon

• 1 spoon

For assembling mocktail

• A mocktail glass

• 5-6 cubes of ices

• 3-4 lemon slices

• 3-4 mint leaves

• 2-3 watermelon cubes

• 1 paper or steel straw

• A piece of watermelon cut by participants in their favourite geometry shape

Whom will you meet

Ginny: She is our lead character in stories! You will meet her Doll/Puppet version and hear about her!

Raadhika : CEO of Foodshaala Foundation, Raadhika is a lawyer passionate towards working for social change, Raadhika has desire to use her knowledge and experience to bring grassroots-level change. This led to the birth of Foodshaala Foundation.

Amit: Amit brings to Foodshaala his passion for a healthy lifestyle, management skills and dedication towards social impact work. He also co-founded Khel Khel Mein, an initiative to take sports to underprivileged children for their physical and mental development. Amit’s passion for healthy eating and fitness reflects in his personal life as well. As an avid cook, he loves trying new healthy recipes in free time. A fitness enthusiast, he has completed multiple triathlons and marathons.
