Eligibility: 14 yrs and above
Fee: Rs 1500
Empty stomach condition for adults:
Full meal: 4 hours gap before the session
Snack: 2.5 hours gap before the session
Beverage (tea/coffee/juice): 1.5 hours gap before the session
Attendance is compulsory for all 2 days. If they are unable to attend one of the sessions, we will not be able to allow them to continue for the rest of the program.

~Pregnant women and people with serious back problems, or active hernia should not practice Surya Shakti
~People with any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing
~Please carry your yoga mats and plan to be seated at least 15 mins before start of session
~Prior exposure of yoga is not required
~No refund in case of cancellation/no-show/drop-out
