Yoga For Kids (English)
Kids will learn simple asanas designed to boost their energy levels and improve health and immunity, which in turn will allow them to blossom to their full potential.
1. Brings a sense of stability to body, mind, emotion and energy
2. Brings balance to thoughts
3. Remedies attention disorder
4. Better functioning of organs and hormones secreted by them
5. Decreases stiffness in the joints of upper limbs and improves flexibility
6. Increases the core strength of lower limb significantly
7. Increases overall stability and gait
Regular practice can help improve attention and memory which can lead to enhanced effectiveness in whatever they do.
Program Dates and Timings: 19th - 20th Oct, 2019 | 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (2 days workshop)
Fee: INR 1500/-
Age: 8-13 years
Kids need to come in empty stomach condition for the program. (2.5 Hours gap after full meal, 1.5 Hours gap after light snack, 1 Hour after beverage)
Attendance is compulsory for all 2 days. If they are unable to attend one of the sessions, we will not be able to allow them to continue for the rest of the program.

~Those having any serious back ailments, or active hernia should not practice.
~Those having any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing.
~Please carry your yoga mats, wear comfortable clothing and plan to be seated at least 15 mins before start of session
~Prior exposure of yoga is not mandatory
~No refund in case of cancellation/no-show/drop-out
