Intro

A follow up workshop to Docker 101 which will cover more advanced docker topics like orchestration of Docker cluster using Swarm. The worskshop will cover the following topics:

1. Introduction to Docker clusters.
2. Key Docker Swarm terminology that beginners should familiarize themselves with.
3. Available Docker orchestration options.
4. Setting up a Swarm cluster on the cloud.

Prerequisites

1. Basic Linux Command Line usage
2. Docker fundamentals (Dockerfile, Images, Containers)
3. A laptop with Linux/OSX installed (Windows users can use Virtualbox)
4. Enthusiasm.

   Ans: The other groups have been there for a while and are doing a great job. What's missing in some of them is the absence of hands-on sessions. This is a hands-on only meetup where attendees follow practical examples and learn stuff.
3. Why are you charging money?
   Ans: It is free, free as in freedom not free beer.
4. Is this group related to Docker/DevOps tools exclusively? Ans: No! We are planning workshops other technologies like ReactNative, Golang and Rails. If you are interested in taking a session please reach out to the organizers.
