Director KYC - DIR 3 KYC

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified that it will conduct the KYC of all the directors who were allotted Directors Identification Number on or before 31st of March, 2018. The Director will have to provide certain documents, a unique mobile number and a unique email address for the eKYC. There will be OTP verification of the mobile and email. All the directors who have been allotted DIN before 31st March, 2018 are liable to file DIR-3 eKYC. The details of DIN alongwith its allotment date can be found from the DIN allotment letter. The DIR-3 eKYC needs to be signed using Class II Digital Signature Certificate and has to be certified by a Practicing Professional like a Chartered Accountant or a Company Secretary.
