Nishita is a Business Coach for Women Solopreneurs. She consults women on how to launch their business and get to their first customer. She helps women design their business plan and evaluate their revenue model as to how they can scale their business and make it profitable.

She has a unique way of mentoring where she calls her program ‘A Mini MBA for Startups’ in which she educates women on marketing strategies and increasing sales through her thoughtworksheets.

After completing her education in MA Advertising & Marketing, University of Leeds UK. Nishita started her Brand & Marketing Communication Agency, Bamboo Shoot Communication in 2009.

Alongside she also started teaching Branding, Marketing & Advertising at various colleges & Business schools across Mumbai (Welingkars, Bhavans, Lalalajpatrai etc.)
