For too long, mental health has been a topic we only begin to discuss when things start getting shaky. But here is the truth - mental health is as much a part of being a human as physical health is. The good thing is, conversation around mental health has begun to grow in momentum. But for many of us, there’s still a lot of confusion over what this very broad term means, and what parts of the self it refers to.
Which brings us to The Inside Story - a 2-day experience on mental health. Here are 2 days of activities and discussions, games and poetry sessions, art therapy and coping mechanisms, theatre techniques and letter writing - all put together in one delicious weekend. The aim of this workshop is to develop your sense of self and help you understand the various ways in which your mental health is important, how you can take care of it better, and how you could perhaps help someone going through a period of mental distress.
