Rise Against Hunger India Cyclone Fani Response!

    Min 599

Rise Against Hunger India is responding to Fani Cyclone. With the help of nearly 400 volunteers we have already sent 54,000 ready to cook meals, 500 family support kits, solar lanterns, Tarpaulins, Dignity kits for women to three of the worse affected villages in Brahmagiri Block of Puri District. There are around 500 families, primarily fishermen, in these three villages who have lost almost everything. Our assessment suggests that many families in this region would find it hard to bounce back quickly. Our aim is to support them with essential household items and food for the near future, so that they can focus on repairing their houses and reorganizing their livelihoods. We need your support to be able to provide much needed assistance to the Cyclone affected families.
