The Scope of Services under the arrangement are as follows :

Drafting the deed of Partnership
Printing of Deed on stamp paper
Payment of stamp duty for deed
Notarising deed of partnership
PAN Application
PTEC & PTRC Registration (Mandatory)
Bank Account Opening Assistance (Optional)

EXCLUSIONS : The scope does NOT include
the registration of firm with Registrar of Firms, the same has to be availed separately.
Annual compliance filings or any post-registration statutory obligations.
Any legal disputes or advisory services beyond deed formation and registration.
