Post Natal yoga helps you regain your physical strength, mental calmness, self awareness, pelvic floor and back strengthening and chest strengthening. It also prevents your breasts from sagging post weaning off of the baby, weight loss post delivery, may prevent post natal depression, regain your self confidence, helps you remain energetic and in control throughout the day, while handling your baby.

Who can join?

All young mothers post 45 days of normal delivery and 4 months of caesarean or episiotomy.

Kindly obtain a green signal from your gynaecologist that you can do post natal yoga.

Please note that attending live is mandatory and recordings will not be shared with those who miss sessions.

Please keep ready a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga belt and 1 yoga bolster pillow.

Welcome to the Post Natal Yoga Program by our Certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, Sharmila Kannan. She can speak in both Hindi and English languages as per the comfort of the participants.

Post Natal Pregnancy Yoga (total 8 sessions: minimum 1 hour each) –

Dates:

Saturdays – 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd July 2023 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM IST
Sundays – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd July 2023 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM IST

(6:30 AM UAE, 10:30 AM Hong Kong, Singapore & AWST, 12:30 PM AET)

Contribution: Rs. 3500/- + 18% GST (per participant for all 8 sessions)

Registrations will close at 4:00 PM IST on Friday, 30th June 2023
