Chef Devika is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate from London. She has spent time working with Elliot Lidstone at the Empress E9 and Sabrina Gidda at Bernardi’s in London. She loves to travel and that has inspired her cooking a great deal.
This pop up has been inspired from her recent trip to the UK (from where she's getting some fresh stash like truffles) and her training at Italian restaurants.
