One day to Therapy is a small list of prompts and questions to help you ease into your first therapy session. This is an honest attempt by TheMindClan to honour our promise of reducing the intimidation and stigma that surrounds mental health care.

Our platform will always encourage and support all forms and modes of mental health care, one of which is therapy. This resource has been created in the context of therapy and counselling.
