In our lives, personal and professional, we constantly experience moments that challenge us. You could be going up on stage for the first time for a presentation or you could be in a heated discussion with your team members at work. At this point an inner voice surfaces and dialogues with you. You then somehow decide what you can do or cannot do. Embody-me will get to actually DO IT so that you can tell your inner voice how that felt. Over time, society, culture and media have conditioned our minds about perfect bodies and set ways that are appropriate for women! Maybe this time, you want to be the one calling the shots about your body, your voice and your presence!
