Introducing Dispute Resolution Center – Instamojo Dashboard

Instamojo has always helped you sell directly to your audience and collect payments instantly. While there is always direct conversation between you and your buyers but we felt a big gap as you grew and started having lots of buyers.

We realized that a platform that enables this communication would fill the gap. As a result, we are going live with our ‘Resolution Center’.

Below is a preview of how it shows up in your Instamojo dashboard.

Resolution Center” gives your buyers a simple way to reach out to you for any post purchase queries, clarifications or if there are any issues. Initiate a case from your Sales and Customers tab on the dashboard to get access to dispute center.

You can also pick an option that describes your issue in the drop down when initiating a refund to your customer:

As a seller, it also helps you have a single platform to cater to your buyers instead of responding to a lot of queries over emails, phone, SMS etc.
